  • 1 Liter of Water
  • 2 cm ginger peeled, bruised.
  • 2 pandan leaves
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla powder
  • 550 g Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 3 liters of coconut milk, from 2 coconuts
